This web site is to provide you with information about the products and services provided by SimiFast Inc. You agree that your access to and use of www.simifast.com are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Prices:
Prices subject to change without notice. All orders are F.O.B. place of shipment unless otherwise specified. PAYMENT: All payments are to be made in United States currency. SFS reserves the right to change or alter the terms of payment if in SFS's opinion the purchaser's financial condition does not warrant shipment on the terms originally specified in the contract.
Shipment and Delivery:
Delivery, shipment dates are estimated dates only. SFS shall not be liable for any damages or penalties whatsoever, whether direct, indirect or special resulting from SFS's failure to perform or delay in performing.
Inspection and Warranty:
All claims for shortages or rejections must be made by the purchaser within 10 days after receipt of material. No material may be returned for any reason without a return authorization number from SFS and will incur a 15% restocking fee. Cancellation of orders will be accepted only upon terms that will compensate the SFS for expenses incurred. Claims against SFS shall be limited to a refund or credit for the price billed or paid for improper merchandise. SFS shall not be responsible for the buyer's manufacturing costs, labor, alternate purchases, extra freight, replating, plating, lost profit, good will, recall costs or other incidental or consequential damages. In the event of a dispute of litigation arising herender, applicant agrees to pay any collection costs incurred to collect the account balance, including court costs, collection fees and attorney's fees.
Modification:
We reserve the right to modify the information contained on www.simifast.com or these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without notice. By accessing www.simifast.com after any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use have been posted thereon, you will be deemed to have consented to all such changes.
License:
You may display and print information available on www.simifast.com solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
